Devangshu Dutta is founder-chief executive of Third Eyesight, a specialist management consulting firm, and cofounder-managing partner of PVC Partners, an early-stage venture accelerator. With work spanning almost 4 decades, he has been on ahead-of-the-curve initiatives across retail, consumer products, technology-enabled supply chains, and consulting. He has advised organisations ranging from emerging enterprises to multinationals, helping shape strategy, operations and organisational transformation across diverse consumer-related sectors.

Devangshu believes there is an urgent need to “raise the floor” in terms of dignity-of-life in countries such as India, and sees entrepreneurship as a powerful vehicle for growth that does not depend solely on trickle-down effects from governments or large corporations. Through PVC Partners, he has engaged with over 150 founders across healthcare, education, renewable energy, women’s empowerment and technology, working closely with incubators, accelerators and investors to strengthen early-stage ventures.

Actively involved in community initiatives focused on education, environmental sustainability and inter-community harmony, he also speaks frequently at global industry forums, writes regularly for the media, and serves on advisory boards of leading institutions.
